Dr. Joseph C. DiNallo, PhD
Chief Executive Officer

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Joseph has been honored to call Acadiana home for the past 7 years. He earned his PhD in English Lit. from ULL in 2019, and has taught English and professional writing at Acadiana public schools and universities (ULL, SLCC) since 2016. Prior to moving to Louisiana, Joseph earned his B.A. in Technical Writing at Ashland University, and worked for a law firm that specialized in Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Social Security. His areas of interest and expertise include Project Management, Market Research, and Recruitment and Retention.
 
He is a proud father to the world’s most intrepid yellow Labrador Retriever.

Phillip J. Suire, MA
Chief Operations Officer

An Acadiana native, Phillip has more than 10 years of experience with a number of successful Acadiana-area start-ups. During this time, he has worked in both the public and private sectors--as an adjunct professor of English (in the areas of Literature and Advanced Academic and Technical Research/Writing for ULL, LSUE, and UT Austin) and various domains of organizational consultation, respectively. Prior to earning his master's degree from ULL in 2015, Phillip served for many years as an Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist. His areas of interest and expertise include Management Theory, Policy Development, and Advertising/Marketing.

He likes his wife and dogs, books, and music (in that order).
